At Parts Lab Inc, we understand that getting your truck back on the road is your top priority. We are committed to delivering your parts quickly, safely, and at a fair price.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Special Orders/Backorders: If an item is out of stock or requires special handling, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.

Weekend/Holidays: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide reliable delivery.

Standard Ground: Estimated 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Overnight and 2-Day options are available at checkout for most items.

LTL Freight: For oversized items (engines, transmissions, hoods, etc.), we use Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. See the "Oversized Items" section below for details.

Flat Rate/Free Shipping: Any promotional free shipping applies only to the lower 48 Continental United States.
3. Oversized & Heavy Items (Freight)
Truck parts can be heavy. Items exceeding 150 lbs. or those with awkward dimensions must ship via LTL freight on buyer's cost.

Delivery Requirements: Freight deliveries typically require a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift.

Residential Freight: If shipping to a residential address, additional fees for a liftgate or residential delivery may apply.

Inspection: You must inspect freight shipments for damage before signing the Prove of Delivery (POD). If the part is damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
4. Shipping Destinations

Continental USA: We ship to all 48 lower states.

AK, HI, & US Territories: Shipping is available but may incur additional surcharges and longer transit times.

PO Boxes/APO: We generally cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses for larger parts. Please provide a physical street address.

International: Currently, we only ship within the United States. (Optional: Contact us for a custom quote for Canadian exports.)
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status on their website.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. Parts Lab Inc is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the "return to sender" fee and the cost of re-shipping.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Visible Damage: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and notify the driver immediately.

Missing Items: Check your tracking info first—large orders may be split into multiple boxes. If an item is missing from your package, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or building management before contacting our support team.
